Saahvi is a curated marketplace for women-led Self Help Groups. We take on the selling work — photography, listing, packing guidance, courier, returns and settlement — and you keep making. There is no joining fee and no exclusivity clause.
Read this before you apply
- No joining fee, ever. We are paid only as a commission on what sells — 15% of the retail price, shown on every settlement statement.
- No exclusivity. Keep selling at your unit, at the mandi and at government fairs. Nothing is taken off you.
- You set the price. We can decline a listing for quality or compliance, but we do not negotiate your quote downwards.
- No stock is held. Goods stay at your unit and are packed there before the courier collects them.

What Saahvi provides
The whole selling side, and nothing you already do well
Everything on this list is at our cost and at no charge to the group.
Photography and listing
We visit, photograph the first five products ourselves, write the listing and add the group page. You do not need a phone camera or a copywriter.
Packing guidance
Box sizes, cushioning, food-grade lining, labels and the paperwork the courier needs — demonstrated on the visit and left with you as a one-page sheet.
Courier and returns
We book the pickup, pay the freight and absorb the cost of a return or a replacement. A damaged box is our problem to solve, not yours.
Fortnightly settlement
Every fourteen days we transfer the group’s share straight into the group’s own bank account, with a statement naming each order and the commission we retained.
Demand you did not have to find
Buyers across India, plus festive and corporate orders — the two seasons when a group most needs volume it cannot get at the village gate.
Your own sales figures
Groups see what sold, at what price, to which state. If something is not moving we will tell you rather than quietly delist it.
What we ask of you
Five things, all of them about trust
None of these is paperwork for its own sake. Each one is something a buyer has told us matters.

A registration you can evidence
NRLM or state mission registration, with the group’s resolution and office bearers listed. A copy is enough at application; we verify it on the visit.

A bank account in the group’s name
Not an individual’s account, not a relative’s. Settlements are made only to a bank account held in the group’s registered name.

FSSAI licence for anything edible
A valid licence or state-issued registration printed on your label and shown on the product page. We cannot list unpackaged food without it.

The same product, batch after batch
Recipes and specs that do not drift. If a batch is different, tell us before dispatch — a buyer who tastes a change without warning does not come back.

The ability to pack to order
Packing at your own unit, to the sheet we leave with you, within the dispatch window on the listing. This is what keeps the work in your village.

A person, not an automated reply. We will ask about volumes, packaging, your licence and what you want to be paid.

A field visit, then your first listing
We photograph the first five products ourselves, agree prices with you, and put them up. There is no joining fee and no exclusivity.
