No preservatives in food
Pickles are cured with oil and salt, not vinegar and stabilisers. Bakery is dispatched within a week of baking.
Azo-free dyes in textiles
Reactive and natural dyes only, printed and dried in shade so the colour bonds to the fibre instead of sitting on it.
Cure times are respected
Six weeks for cold-process soap, four weeks for pickle, three weeks for lemon. Shortening these is how a handmade product is made to look handmade.
Batch-tested where it matters
Honey, ghee and spices are tested for adulteration before packing, and the report is available on request.

Is it difficult to use the first time?

It takes a cycle or two to be comfortable with. The instruction card covers the folds and the insertion, and it gets easier from the second cycle onward.

Can I return it?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons this item is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or the seal is broken.
