A winter pickle, made in the weeks when carrots and cauliflower are at their sweetest. Each vegetable is salted and dried separately because they give up water at different rates, then combined with the masala. The result keeps its crunch for months.

No preservatives in food
Pickles are cured with oil and salt, not vinegar and stabilisers. Bakery is dispatched within a week of baking.
Azo-free dyes in textiles
Reactive and natural dyes only, printed and dried in shade so the colour bonds to the fibre instead of sitting on it.
Cure times are respected
Six weeks for cold-process soap, four weeks for pickle, three weeks for lemon. Shortening these is how a handmade product is made to look handmade.
Batch-tested where it matters
Honey, ghee and spices are tested for adulteration before packing, and the report is available on request.
